The Climate Change Gardening group provides talks and interactive sessions to a broad range of gardening, environmental and community groups. Currently, our main talk covers the the options that gardeners have for mitigating climate change and increasing biodiversity. Other talks are also in development. Being a charity, our talks are free-of-charge, although we welcome a donation. Do please contact us if you are interested in us talking to your group - we'd love to be involved.
In addition, we also take our stand to gardening and environmental events, both indoors and outdoors. We aim to interact and engage with attendees about their gardens and climate change. Looking back at 2024:
Having received charitable status in June 2024, we launched into a very busy year. Overall, we had stands at 9 events in 4 different counties, gave talks to 11 different community groups, engaged directly with c.980 gardeners, and had over 1600 individual visitors to our website. 2025 is likely to be at least as busy.....
